At Forever Threads, we carefully package and post every keepsake so it arrives safely to your door.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international addresses, Northern Ireland, or the Scottish islands at this time.

Processing Time

• Each keepsake is handmade and personalised, so please allow 5–10 working days from receipt of your clothing/fabrics for your order to be completed.

• During busy periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — we will always keep you updated.

Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via tracked Royal Mail or courier services.

• Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days after dispatch.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Items

• Please contact us immediately if your order is lost or damaged in transit.

• We will work with the courier to replace or resend your keepsake where possible.

Additional Information

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
