Refund Policy

At Forever Threads, every item we create is handmade and personalised from your treasured fabrics. Because of the bespoke nature of our keepsakes, we are unable to offer standard refunds once an order has been placed and work has begun.

What We Can Do

• If there is a fault or defect in the finished item, we will work with you to repair, remake, or replace it.

• If your order is lost in transit, we will work with you to replace it or refund shipping costs.

• If there was a mistake on our part (wrong item, wrong customisation), we will correct it at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before work on the keepsake has started.

• Once we have begun creating your keepsake, the order cannot be cancelled due to the personal and bespoke nature of the product.
