Hello, I’m Patricia, the maker behind Forever Threads.
 

Arts and crafts have been part of my life since I was a little girl. I studied art at university, and I’ve always loved creating things by hand. In 2020, during Covid, I opened an Etsy shop to share my handmade creations — from toys to play mats and other craft pieces.

One day, a friend asked me to make a bear from the clothes of a relative who had sadly passed away. That request changed everything. I realised that by working with sentimental clothing, I wasn’t just sewing fabric together — I was helping people keep hold of their memories in a way they could treasure forever.

Since then, I’ve been honoured to create memory bears, stuffed animals, play mats, and cushions for families all over the UK. Every item I make is stitched with care, love, and respect for the stories behind the fabrics.

After receiving so many wonderful orders and heartfelt messages through Etsy, I decided to launch my own website and dedicate myself full time to creating keepsakes. My mission is simple: to help as many people as possible preserve the memories of their loved ones in a beautiful, tangible way.
